Enrolled Patients

Our clinical staff work in four healthcare teams to deliver the best possible care to our patients.

These teams are Isle Street, Jack's Point, Remarkables and Arrowtown. You can find your team here or enquire with your clinician for further information.

You can now manage your health needs, and those of your family, using the Manage My Health website or app. Manage My Health allows you to order repeat prescriptions* and access your medical records, medical conditions, lab results, immunisation records, allergies and prescriptions and to share health information with other healthcare providers.

See our  reception team to register or click here for activation instructions.

Our Services

We offer specialist clinics where our team's breadth and depth of expertise and knowledge supports everyone to better health. As well as a wide range of co-located health providers.

After Hours & Urgent Care

You will be triaged by a nurse and then have a consultation with either a doctor or nurse practitioner. After Hours & Urgent Care Clinic is not for emergency care. We are available to assist patients with an illness or injury that does not appear to be life-threatening. If you require emergency care, please head to the Queenstown Lakes District Hospital or call 111.

Cervical Screening

Now's the time to get checked.

Regular cervical screening is your best protection against cervical cancer. In 2023, human papillomavirus (HPV) screening became the new method for cervical screening in Aotearoa New Zealand. It looks for the human papillomavirus, which causes cell changes that may lead to cervical cancer.

Contraceptive Clinic

Advising on all types of contraceptive care. Government funding schemes can be available. Clinics are held at our Isle Street practice.

Our contraceptive clinic provides various birth control options, including IUDs, jadelles, contraceptive pills, injections, condoms, and emergency contraception, ensuring you have a diverse selection to meet your specific needs. Funded appointments are available for enrolled patients under 22 yrs and/or up to 50yrs, with a community services card, High User Card or of Māori or Pacific ethnicity. Learn more about our contraceptive clinic below.

Drivers Medicals

For the safety of everyone on our roads, all drivers must be medically fit to drive.

While it's hard to quantify, medical conditions contribute to road accidents. Driver License applications require you to complete a medical declaration stating if you have any conditions that may affect your ability to drive safely. Depending on the nature of the condition, you may be required to obtain a medical certificate supporting your application.

Your results in your hands

With our patient portal, you have 24/7 access to your medical information and results. Book an appointment and order your repeat prescriptions with ease.
