Queenstown Medical Centre’s priority is the care and support of our patients. Appointments are still available during the Covid 19 pandemic. However, government guidelines require us to conduct the majority of our consultations over the telephone.

We understand everyone is preparing for the next few weeks. Your GP is receiving multiple requests for repeat scripts, so at Queenstown Medical Centre there is a 3 day wait for your prescription to be prepared. Please note we are open for medical services as will all pharmacies in order to support prescribed medicine requirements.
There is no need to stock pile medicines. Even though restrictions regarding isolation have been imposed, you can still go the pharmacy to pick up your script.
Payment for telephone consults is due PRIOR to consultation, please pay your consult fee when booking on the phone.
