Our clinical staff work in three healthcare teams to deliver the best possible care to our patients.

These teams are Isle Street, Jack's Point and Remarkables. You can find your team here or enquire with your clinician for further information.

You can now manage your health needs, and those of your family, using the patient portal. The patient portal allows you to order repeat prescriptions* and access your medical records, medical conditions, lab results, immunisation records, allergies and prescriptions and to share health information with other healthcare providers.

DNA & Late Policies

The DNA  (Did not attend) and Late Policy work in conjunction with one another to allow smooth operational running of QMC. It’s important for patients to attend on time and if cancelling to give more than 2 hours notice. Please familiarise yourself with these policies.
