How Our Services & Appointments Work

Appointment times & duration
We appreciate how hard it can be to fit healthcare appointments into busy lives. This is why we offer appointments across all three practices from as early as 8.30am to 4.45pm; catering for needs before school/work, during lunchbreaks and after school/work.
We also operate the only primary care After Hours & Urgent Care service in Queenstown. See opening hours here.
Standard appointments are 15 mins long. If you have more than one new issue and one existing issue, it is advisable to book a double appointment to ensure your health needs are met.
After Hours & Urgent Care is a walk-in service at 9 Isle Street, Queenstown. You do not need an appointment to use this service.
Appointment reminders will be sent out by text only if you booked your appointment more than 24 hours prior. Please be aware that we do operate a cancellation policy and there will be times that a charge is passed onto the patient if they are late, or do not attend their appointment. Read more about this policy here.
Booking Appointments
The most efficient way to book your appointment is through Manage My Health. You are able to access live availability at any time of day without needing our phone lines to be open. All Doctors, Nurse Practitioners and Practice Nurse general consult appointments are available to book at your convenience. You may need to call us for some of our more niche, specialised clinics or specific procedures as these may be available with select clinicians only.
Manage My Health can be accessed both on a computer and as an app on your phone. The benefits extend beyond boking appointments and we highly recommend you register yourself. See button below.
Phone lines are open 8.00am-5.00pm. We answer calls from one location for all of our practices. Please ensure you are double-checking the location you have booked.
Some appointments, such as medicals, do require paperwork being filled out in advance, or documentation to be brought to the appointment. Please make sure you check confirmations we send you and/or the details of each service we offer, here.

When you arrive at the clinic
It's a good idea to arrive 5 minutes early, in case we need to update any information on our system, or if you have any questions or paperwork before your appointment. Check in with the reception team or if there is a self check-in present at the practice, you are welcome to use this instead.
Payment for your appointment is required either in advance, or on the same day.
Our friendly First Impressions Team (reception) is here to help. If you have any follow up feedback, questions or require help with solving a problem, please approach the reception desk in any of our practices.
