Dear QMC Patients, please see the message from Dr Simone Hart below.
Please note, that there is no action needed from you to let us know that Dr Hart was your doctor - we will automatically assign another provider so that all your test results, incoming messaging etc will go to another clinician. You are welcome to book in with whoever you prefer. Dr Hart's last day with us is Friday 19 December.
To all my lovely patients,
After 25 years, I am bidding you farewell.
It is time for me to move on, have a change, do something different.
I will miss all my gorgeous, hard-working, brilliant clinical colleagues, but leave you in good hands. I trust you will find your new favourite GP.
