*Updated 3 Jan 2026* An update regarding the recent Cybersecurity Incident at Manage My Health

Manage My Health (MMH) Cyber Incident – QMC Patient Update #1

We are aware of the recently reported cybersecurity breach involving the Manage My Health (MMH) patient portal. We understand this news may be concerning, and we want to reassure our patients that:

  • QMC’s clinical systems remain secure.
Our own cybersecurity protocols are robust and have been recently reviewed.
  • MMH is a completely separate system.
The breach reported relates only to the external Manage My Health platform and not to QMC’s internal systems or patient management software.

We will continue to work with Manage My Health to understand the nature of the breach affecting their systems. If MMH users need to take any action, we will share this information as soon as it becomes available.

Your trust and safety remain our highest priority.

The statement on Manage My Health's website, can be found here:

Manage My Health has identified a cyber security incident involving unauthorised access to our systems. The matter is under active investigation and containment steps have been taken.

We are working with our partners and relevant authorities and will provide further updates through formal statements as information is confirmed.
