Our central Queenstown clinic is our biggest centre and home to our After Hours & Urgent Care service open 365 days a year for walk‑in medical care.
Parking
- Parking is available on Isle Street, surrounding streets, and underneath the centre. Although it is limited and fills up very quickly during the day.
- Close parking buildings & Areas: Man Street Car Park, Ballarat Street Car Park, Lakeview Car Park.
- Mobility parking is available directly outside the clinic.
- With limited parking allowing spare time prior to your appointment/visit will allow for stress-free arrival.
Public Transport
- The nearest bus stop is Stanley Street Stops, approximately a 5 - 9 minute walk.
- All Orbus Queenstown routes utilize the Stanley Street stops to find your best journey head to Orbus journey planner here.
- Buses run frequently between Frankton, Remarkables Park, Arrowtown, Arthurs Point, Kelvin Heights, and Queenstown CBD.
Traffic & Timing Tips
- Peak traffic congestion:
- 8–10am and 3–6pm, especially during school terms and holiday seasons.
- Expect delays around Stanley Street and Shotover Street.
- Parking fills quickly during weekends, ski season, and major events.

Remarkables Park

Located in Remarkables Park shopping centre, our newest clinic is easily accessible for locals, students, and those staying in nearby accommodation.

- Free on‑site parking is available directly outside the clinic.
- Additional free parking is available throughout Remarkables Park.
- Mobility parking is located near the main entrance.

- The closest bus stop is Hawthorne Drive Stop.

Traffic & Timing Tips
- Peak congestion:
- 7:30–9:30am and 3–5:30pm, especially around the Hawthorne Drive roundabouts.
- Airport traffic can cause delays during flight peaks.
- During winter, traffic from ski fields can slow movement through Frankton.
- If you’re heading to an appointment, allow extra time for traffic especially during busy times.
QMC Jack’s Point

Our Jack’s Point clinic offers convenient care for residents and workers in the southern corridor, including Hanley’s Farm and Kelvin Heights.

- Peak congestion:
- Morning traffic between 8 - 9am heading north toward Frankton and Queenstown.
- Afternoon return traffic toward Jack’s Point and Hanley’s Farm between 3 – 6pm.
- Weather can impact travel: frost, snow, and high winds are more common in this area.
- During the ski season traffic can increase from the Remarkables Ski Field.
