Enrol at Queenstown Medical Centre

Enrolling at Queenstown Medical Centre is simple and straightforward.

Enrolled patients are eligible to pay subsidised fees and have access to QMC's free services (Health Improvement Practitioner, Health Coach, GP Triage*, Clinical Pharmacist*)

*Some fees may apply, e.g. prescription charge

Enrolled patients can attend any of our three practices at Isle St, Remarkables Park or Arrowtown.

Please note that you will need to provide identification and submit it along with the online form. 

See below for a list of acceptable supporting evidence:

New Zealand Citizens:

• New Zealand Passport (No further documentation required); OR
• New Zealand Driver's License, AND one of the following:
  • Birth Certificate
  • Community Services Card

 New Zealand Residents and Other Eligible Persons:

• Passport, AND one of the following:
  • NZ  Work Visa (at least 2 years total on one or more consecutive visas)
  • Residence Permit

 Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents:

• Australian passport, or other passport with Australian permanent resident/resident return visa, AND
• Evidence that New Zealand has been/will be their principal place of residence for at least two years (e.g. employment, house purchase). The two years is counted from their arrival date in New Zealand.
