Services available include:

Registered mental health professionals who offer brief, focused sessions to help with things like anxiety, stress, sleep, or mood. They’ll work with you to understand what’s going on and help you find practical ways forward.

Health Coaches

Supportive partners who help you build healthy habits around exercise, nutrition, sleep, or managing long-term conditions like diabetes, heart disease, or chronic pain. They work alongside HIPs to offer a safe, supportive space to talk and take small, meaningful steps toward feeling better.
